2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
3. Access and license
We grant you a non-transferable license to access course content for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials without our permission.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive behavior.
- No attempts to bypass security or access content you did not purchase.
- No automated scraping of content or metadata beyond what is necessary for normal web operation.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Prices may change over time. We offer a 14-day refund policy for individual courses if less than 25% of the content has been completed. Team and enterprise plans may have separate terms.
6. Certificates
Certificates indicate completion of course requirements and are not academic credits or professional licenses.
7. Intellectual property
All content is owned by Keenridge Code Grove or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or earnings.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use signifies acceptance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access content ends.
